I made a radical change to my diet a few weeks ago. I stopped eating sugar, wheat and pretty much all grains. It has changed my life. This had not been my intention. My intention had been to lose some weight. The stubborn five pounds I had been struggling with for a year or more had morphed into ten. I was tipping the scale at a weight that I was simply not comfortable with. None of my clothes fit anymore.
