How can we affect positive change in our lives? I am told the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I believe this is true. But we are creatures of habit and for the most part, we don’t like change. We may want something to be different, but we cling fiercely to that with which we are comfortable. We focus on what we are good at and what we like, and we hope that the negatives will resolve.
