Our 30-Class Challenge is done for another year. During the 30 days of June, 63 Challengers completed a cumulative total of 1356 Pilates classes. A job well-done by all.

The weather is warming up. We are shedding sweaters and coats. It’s all lovely and fine except for one thing. Now my belly fat is exposed.
