I am laying in bed listening to the sound of the rain on the roof. I can hear the kids stirring lazily nearby. I’m looking forward to my morning coffee, sitting on the screened in porch, looking at the lake. The day has no commitments save to prepare some simple meals with friends and family. I just spent a week in London, England enjoying a brief holiday with my husband and attending Pilates on Tour, an international training seminar. It was a whirlwind week.
