Eli has a passion for helping her clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their posture and relieve pain. Her goal is to make her clients stronger, happier, and more balanced. She submerges herself fully in teaching Pilates and she loves to work with people who want to connect their mind and body.
Eli has a long history in movement having pursued a variety of athletic endeavors and teaching experience including Dance, Karate, Tabata, Body-Shaping and TRX. Throughout this journey, she was exposed to Pilates as a way of enhancing her performance and as a method of rehabilitation for her back pain.
Her appreciation and enthusiasm for learning and teaching Pilates soon developed into an interest in becoming a full-time Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor in 2014. In 2020, she received a further STOTT PILATES Certification in Injuries and Special Populations.
