As a child, my mother fostered my interest in sports. From the age of 5 I was skating and skiing, in my teens I discovered swimming.
My passion for teaching health and movement began 30 years ago as I entered the fitness industry and earned my Degree in Physical Education with a major in Fitness from McGill University.
It was a few years after the birth of my second child and in search for a solution to chronic back pain and headaches that I discovered Pilates. I love the feeling of strength, movement and being pain free.
Now a Balanced Body Pilates Certified Instructor, I enjoy learning and deepening my knowledge to support client’s goals of health and wellbeing.
