Four months after my total hip replacement I returned to Retrofit to build back my strength and balance. My instructor took the time and attention to include the hospital’s most difficult and final exercises and with persistence and fun I feel better than before the operation. Now my spouse, three months following his double knee replacement is scheduled for one-on-one lessons. We’re going on a walking tour of Europe together this summer.
