"Four months after my total hip replacement I returned to Retrofit to build back my strength and balance. My instructor took the time and attention to include the hospital’s most difficult and final exercises and with persistence and fun I feel better than before the operation. Now my spouse, three months following his double knee replacement is scheduled for one-on-one lessons. We're going on a walking tour of Europe together this summer."
- Cynthia Scott, Retrofit client since 2002
"Retrofit makes me feel better. For the past few years I have been completely free of back pain. The studio is so bright and in such a good location close to the subway. I can go straight to work after my early morning class."
- Robert Spence, Retrofit client since 2003
"There is a level of enthusiasm for Pilates that I don't think exists in other studios. You do things you would never think your body can do!"
- Margaret Kelch, Retrofit client since 2000.
