The MOTR is a versatile, portable exercise system combining the balance, stability and release work of a foam roller with the multi-planar resistance exercises of an independent pulley system. Using the Balanced Body Movement Principles as a foundation, the MOTR system can be used by group exercise instructors, personal trainers, Pilates instructors or rehabilitation professionals.
