Big congratulations to everyone starting a new fitness program—or levelling up your current routine with new classes and challenges. Making the decision to try something new or recommit to your health and fitness is the hard part. Now that you’re here, we will support you every step of the way. Our talented and knowledgable team of Pilates Professionals and Client Services Staff can help guide you toward your goals and answer all your questions.
As we kick off the year, a quick and friendly reminder: consistency matters more than motivation. That early excitement is great, but it usually fades after a few weeks. What really makes a difference is building a routine you can stick with. That’s why our group memberships and private training let you book the same day and time each week—so Pilates becomes part of your life. Pop those sessions into your calendar and treat them like an important appointment with yourself. One or two consistent workouts a week for a year will take you much further than going all-in for a month and burning out.
Already in a good groove and ready to level up? Try something new! Pilates isn’t just Reformer! Check out Mat classes—in studio or on live stream 🏠—to really dial in core strength, mobility, and flexibility. Springboard offers a totally different kind of resistance with lots of arm and shoulder work, and Chair delivers an athletic, challenging full-body workout.
