Policies

Payment Policies.
All prices are subject to HST and are non-refundable. Pre-paid fees can be applied to an alternate service, product or customer.
Monthly memberships are subject to the payment policies and details contained within the individual contract accompanying your specific membership.

Package Expiration Dates.
Pre-Paid Packages of Private and Partner sessions are valid for one-year from date of purchase.
Pre-Paid Packages of in-studio and online group classes are valid for one-year from date of purchase.
Pre-Paid single in-studio and online group class passes are valid for 90-days from date of purchase.
Monthly membership payments are valid only for the period for which they are purchased and cannot be extended.

Changes and Cancellations. 
You may change or cancel your scheduled group class or private or partner appointment online at  www.retrofit.ca or by emailing pilates@retrofit.ca
Changes or cancellations to your group class reservation must be made a minimum of 12-hours in advance or the full fee for the class will be charged to your account.
Monthly Unlimited Members will be charged a fee of $10 for late cancellations or no-shows to scheduled group class.
Changes or cancellations to your scheduled Private or Partner appointment  must be made a minimum of 24-hours in advance or the full fee for the appointment will be charged to your account.

Late Group Class Arrival Policy.
Please be advised, you may be denied entry into a group class, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start time of the class. 

As well, your reserved space will be forfeited and reallocated to a waitlisted client present in-studio if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start time of the class.
This policy helps ensure the safety of all clients, minimizes distraction for clients in class, and maximizes accessibility to classes.
