I have always been passionate about movement and fitness, but it wasn’t until I discovered Pilates that I truly understood its impact on the body. I was introduced to Pilates as part of my rehabilitation for a knee injury. I was amazed at how quickly my body responded—not only did my knee heal, but I felt stronger, more balanced, and more connected to my movement than ever before.

That experience sparked my desire to deepen my knowledge, leading me to complete the

Balanced Body Teacher Training program at Retrofit Pilates. Through my practice, I’ve come to appreciate how Pilates is essential not just for injury recovery but for overall mobility, functional strength, and longevity. My goal is to make Pilates accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for everyone.
