- Payment Policies:

- Prices are subject to HST and are non-refundable.
- Pre-paid fees can be applied to alternate services, products, or customers.
- Please ensure your payment details are updated on your profile. A $25.00 service fee will be applied to any failed payment returned for non-sufficient funds.
- Membership and Package Expiration:
- Packages of private and partner sessions are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Packages of in-studio and online group classes are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Single in-studio and online group class passes are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
- Monthly memberships are valid only for the purchased period and cannot be extended.
- Changes and Cancellations:
- Group class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid full fee charges.
- Private or partner appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full fee charges in your client account or by emailing pilates@retrofit.ca. No refunds are offered for partial months.
- Monthly Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Membership will be charged $10 for late cancellation or no-show class.
- Membership suspension requests must be emailed to pilates@retrofit.ca a minimum of 7 days prior to the suspension start date.
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing pilates@retrofit.ca. Cancelled memberships remain valid until one day prior to the next scheduled auto-pay date.
- Waitlist Policy:
- Clients on the waitlist for a group class may be moved into the class if a spot opens between 12-2 hours prior to class start time.
- Clients must remove themselves from the waitlist at least 12 hours before the class to avoid late cancellation fees if they do not plan to attend.
- Late Group Class Arrival Policy:
- Entry may be denied to clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the class start time.
- Reserved spaces may be given to waitlisted clients present in-studio.
- In-Studio Class Guidelines:
- Pilates grip socks are required to be worn for all classes.
- Arrive 5 minutes before class and self-check-in using the Retrofit App or at the front desk.
- Please ensure cell phones are turn on silent mode for the duration of the class.
