Anatomy in Three Dimensions is a unique exploration into the anatomy of the human body There is no better way to learn anatomy! Build the body from the inside out. Learn the structure and function of bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments as well as the origin, insertion and action of the major muscles of movement by building them yourself on the Anatomy + Movement skeleton. Learn how muscles move by experiencing each muscle group in action and relating these exercises to functional movement.
